Als Teil unseres HR-Teams, werden Sie folgende Aufgaben übernehmen:

• Allgemeine Personaladministration sowie Bearbeitung arbeitsrechtlicher und steuerrechtlicher Fragestellungen

• Personalverrechnungsagenden in Österreich, Ungarn, Tschechien und Rumänien

• Audit- und Reportingtätigkeiten an den Konzern sowie Mitwirkung bei der Implementierung Konzernrichtlinien im Zuständigkeitsbereich

• Übernahme von Projekten im Bereich HR und Vertretung der Stelle Recruiting und Personalentwicklung

Das ist die Chance für Sie, wenn Sie diese Fähigkeiten und Anforderungen mitbringen:

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung

• Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position

• Bestandene Personalverrechner*innen- und Arbeitsrechtsprüfung (z.B. Wifi Wien)

• Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse erforderlich, SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil

• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, Italienisch-, Ungarisch- oder Tschechischkenntnisse von Vorteil

• Gute Selbstorganisation sowie strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Herangehensweise

• Durchsetzungsfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit

• Kommunikative Kompetenz und Teamfähigkeit

As a subsidiary of the globally active Eni Group, Eni Austria GmbH is well established on the Austrian market with the Eni brand.

As a member of our HR- Team you will be responsible for:

• General personnel administration and processing of labor law and tax law issues

• Payroll accounting in Austria, Hungary, the Czech Republic and Romania

• Audit and reporting activities to the Group and participation in the implementation of Group guidelines in the area of responsibility

• Taking on HR projects and representing the Recruiting and Personnel Development department

This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements:

• Completed commercial education

• At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable position

• Passed payroll accounting and labor law exam (e.g. Wifi Vienna)

• Very good MS Office knowledge required, SAP knowledge an advantage

• Fluency in German and English, knowledge of Italian, Hungarian or Czech is an advantage

• Good self-organization as well as a structured and solution-oriented approach

• Assertiveness and ability to work under pressure

• Communication skills and ability to work in a team
